Booking and Return Policy
By placing your order, you agree to submit your reference photo(s) no later than 15 days after order has been placed. Your reference photo can be submitted via email to paperandpaint@gmail.com. If I have not recieved your reference photo BEFORE the scheduled month or within 15 days, your order will expire. You understand that booking slots may be full within a month of placing your order and that your booking may be for an upcoming month. Custom orders take the FULL month they are booked for and do not ship until end of that month.
A full refund is available if you cancel your order within 24 hours from purchase. Thereafter a 50% refund with cancellation after 15 days. If you wish to cancel your order after 15 days, no refund will be available.
